The Zehms are very involved in their community. Karen has volunteered extensively with numerous organizations and boards, including serving on the Board of the Bothell High School Volleyball Boosters Club, supporting Northshore Little League by volunteering and being on the Board, volunteering and being on the board for the Eastside Runners Club, and acting as Race Director for the Mt. Si Relay. Together, Karen and Aaron also participate annually in Windermere Community Service Day, joining agents across all Windermere offices to complete hands-on projects that strengthen and improve the neighborhoods they serve.
